The right route for the job.
Where components can be accurately specified in advance, workshop fabrication is generally the most efficient approach. It provides greater production capacity, consistent finishing and reduces specialist cutting activity on the construction site.
For projects where final dimensions can only be established once the structure has been completed, we also provide on-site templating and fabrication.
Many projects use a combination of both.

What information do you need to quote for stone fabrication?
Drawings, CAD files, a cutting schedule or site dimensions, plus the material you intend to use. If you only have a sketch or photographs, send those and we'll tell you what else we need.
Do you offer CNC stone fabrication?
Yes, as part of a complete package. CNC and waterjet cutting are carried out with a specialist partner from your digital drawings, and we handle the profiling, bonding and hand finishing in our Cheshire workshop so you receive one finished component.
Will you fabricate a single bespoke piece?
Yes. We handle one-off components as well as repeat runs and complete fabrication packages for larger schemes.
Which natural stones can you work with?
Limestone, sandstone and most other natural stone suited to the application. What can be done depends on the stone's characteristics and thickness, so send the product details and we'll confirm before material is ordered.
Can you supply the stone as well as fabricate it?
We fabricate rather than supply. Your stone merchant can deliver material straight to our workshop, and we'll coordinate the delivery with the job specification.
Do you fabricate stone for projects outside Cheshire?
Yes. Material comes to the workshop from anywhere in the UK and finished pieces are prepared for collection or onward delivery to site. Where dimensions have to be taken from the finished structure, we also travel for on-site templating and fabrication.
